Tenant Referencing
Once an application has been received on your property we will contact you to discuss the application in detail. If we can agree that the application appears to be satisfactory at this stage we will then proceed with referencing the tenant. The referencing process usually takes 3-5 working days and once we are in receipt of the final report we will contact you to discuss the results and agree how to move forward.
