Today’s tenants demand value for money and expect a certain minimum standard. Suitable rental properties need to meet this requirement. It is essential that the property is of a suitable standard throughout, tidy and well maintained so that the standard is set for the tenant to follow during the tenancy and to ensure the maximum rental income can be achieved.
In order for the tenant to operate any items left in the property (cookers, washing machines, boilers, etc) properly and safely. We recommend that instruction manuals are left to enable the tenant to use the appliances safely and correct.
