Necessary Consents
If the property you are looking to let out is leasehold, you will need to consult the head lease to ensure the letting of the property is permitted. Sometimes you may need to make the Freeholder / Management Company aware that you are letting the property out, as additional clauses or stipulations may need to be included in the tenancy agreement we would use.
